as promised (read threatened)

here are more pictures from our camping trip to

eisenhower state park

in order to get all of our "stuff" (read CRAP) to the camp site, daddy had to do some

hoopdy doo creative trailering - as he likes to say

"that's one long piece of rope" but because our daddy is a good and wise daddy (read redneck)

we were able to have loads of fun with all of our "bikes"

(read death machines)

because of ike the terrible

(not ike as in dwight d. but the hurricane)

we managed to get a day of rain- but we celebrated it in true

crim style!!

on sunday we woke up to a beautiful day!!!
it was perfect kite flying weather so we all hiked

(read trudged while whining endlessly)
to a clearing where we came upon a mama deer and her three babies
look - you can still see their spots

here are my master kite fliers now....

as always - the crim family camping adventure was a success
next on our agenda is daingerfield and meridian for the changing of the leaves
so stay tuned for more exciting adventures.......
