The Cockrell Butterfly Exhibit

nana took the boys and i to the natural science museum in houston were we saw the cockrell butterfly exhibit - it was beautiful and we had loads of fun!!!

Cooking Camp

every summer for g.money's birthday nana/papa

give him a "camp"

he gets to choose and for the last two years he has chosen

cooking camp @ central market each day was a different theme:

the mediterranean

all about chocolate

his favorite day was the tex mex day until friday

when everything they made had chocolate in it!!!

he said that making sushi was fun but he didn't like eating it!!

he loved making and eating his fruit roll especially because

he was covered in the chocolate nut spread after making it!!!
he loves to make quesadillas and sopapillas - that's my boy!!!

and

he can't wait until next year!

g.money had his birthday party @ this was the EASIEST party i have EVER thrown!

PPP did it all but the cake & thom thumb pulled through on that!!!!

we ate pizza and cake and played lots of games......

g.money chose pokemon as his theme.....

a great time was had by all!!!

The Crim 4th of the July Weekend

we all went to the ranch for the 4th -

now this is a pretty big deal as I have not gone

voluntarily to the ranch - just for the heck of it

since I was pregnant with g.money

- he's going on 8 - we rode bikes.........

we widdled.........

we swung with the baby......

we went swimming - wait a second!!!!!!!!!!

we went swimming... - HEY!! GET OUT OF THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

My birthday could not have been any better - thank all of you who made my whole week feel so very special - my sweet sweet friends who surprised me - my oh-so-sweet husband who went along with the surprise and then still took me out to celebrate - my baby boys who left me happy notes all over the house - to all my friends and family who called and sang - I love all of you - and I thank you so much for making me feel loved on my special most favorite day!!!!
