so - off to n/p's house we go -

however

there is a slight hitch in our get up

the previous night a storm blew down a section of our fence - and who's going to work during the holidays? yeah - that would be no one

- so -

the puppies came for christmas and n/p's!!!!

 

 

 they thought we should have left those boys at home!

but we made it
and n/p's house was all decorated and filled with christmas joy!

 

as is our tradition

we had a birthday party for Jesus on christmas eve

we began with a scrumptious steak dinner...

 

then papa read about Jesus' birth from the bible....

 

then we all donned party hats....

 

iced our cup cakes.....

 

and sang happy birthday to Jesus

then it was off to bed so santa could come.....

 

i'm as surprised as you are that the boys did not get a sack of coal!

here they are -
in the wee hours of the morning
ready to see what santa brought their naughty selves!

sweet!! an airsoft gun so i can shoot my brother - the squirrels

 

i can't believe it!!!! i got my pocket watch!!!!!

then it was time for christmas breakfast....

and checking out our new christmas stuff....

 

oh yeah - and playing with our uncle boo....

after lots of playing and lots of napping it was time for christmas dinner
molasses and pineapple baked ham.....

 

then it was all over and it was time to go home....

the boys stayed with n/p so the puppies had more room on the way home

they were glad we left those stinky boys!

 

we arrived home to see our house like this!!!!

 

it was a joyful, memory making time

i am blessed to have this time with all my family
